Professional Standards

ARLA - Premier Lets are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and are governed by their Code of Practice providing a framework of ethical and professional standards at a level far higher than the law demands.

Membership rules require all member offices to have professionally qualified staff. Members’ client bank accounts are required to be audited annually ensuring that they conform to a stringent accounting practice.

NAEA – Premier Sales are members of The National Association of Estate Agents who are the UK's leading professional body for estate agency. Their strict rules of conduct ensure they offer you the highest level of integrity and service.

TPO – Both Premier Sales and Premier Lets are also members of The Property Ombudsman who have been approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) to operate the Estate Agents Redress Scheme. Their Code of Practice provides additional consumer protection that goes beyond that required by law.
