Sell-It-Yourself is a hybrid of traditional high street and online estate agencies.
We have combined the personal service of the traditional estate agency with the low costs of online ones.
With Sell-It-Yourself you only pay £995 including VAT but you still get everything you would with an agency charging 1% upwards.
With Premier Lets and Sales, Sell-It-Yourself vendors receive exactly the same service as our normal vendors. We contact our vendors with weekly progress reports on the marketing of their property. We arrange the viewings and, after each viewing, we contact the applicant for feedback which we then discuss with you. Once a sale is agreed, we monitor the progress of the sale until completion updating you regularly. With Premier Lets and Sales, you don’t need to go online for progress reports, we will contact you or you can phone us or pop in to one of our shops.
All you do is the viewings! If you go on holiday or just can’t make a viewing, we are happy to cover for free (plus we will do an accompanied open-house).
You know your house (you bought it!) so you are the best person to sell it!
Unlike online agents we are no sale no fee.
