With Sell-It-Yourself you only pay £995 including VAT but you still get everything you would with an agency charging 1% upwards.

We arrange the viewings and, after each viewing, we contact the applicant for feedback which we then discuss with you. Once a sale is agreed, we monitor the progress of the sale until completion updating you regularly. With Premier Lets and Sales, you don’t need to go online for progress reports, we will contact you or you can phone us or pop in to one of our shops.
All you do is the viewings! If you go on holiday or just can’t make a viewing, we are happy to cover for free (plus we will do an accompanied open-house).
